Hello, I am Hannah, the driving force behind HEP Associates.

Growing up in a hands-on family environment, I was surrounded by Construction projects and Home renovations during my childhood.

Around the age of 15 and unsure of what career to pursue, a conversation with my Dad inspired me to look at becoming a Quantity Surveyor. I spent a summer undertaking work experience where I shadowed a female QS gaining an understanding for what the industry was about.

Upon leaving School, I obtained a college diploma in Construction, being one of just two females on the course. This was closely followed by a Quantity Surveying degree which lead to a part time Masters Degree. Seeking more flexibility in my career, I decided to establish my own business in 2021.

With over 16 years of industry experience, I understand the fast-paced nature of Construction, the pressure points in residential extensions and renovations, and the varying requirements of every client from Home Owners to Main Contractors.

I offer flexible commercial support without the overhead or commitment of a full-time hire.
